We want to make sure your order is processed correctly. Please read the directions below.

  • You must be an authorized, certified instructor aligned with our training center to purchase eCards.  No cards will be issued, nor refunds given for unauthorized purchases.
  • All instructors must be in good standing with PPM.
  • For TAX EXEMPT purchases, you must choose "Create Account" on Home page, contact Christine@ppmems.com, provide tax exempt number, and after approval, future purchases must be made thru the account to avoid tax being included. No refunds issued once taxes are assessed on a purchase.
  • Ecards are not returnable.
  • Be sure to include a correct email address on your order, a receipt for your purchase will be automatically sent to you. 

eCard orders are filled Monday thru Friday from 10am- 3pm. Your order must be received by 2:30 pm to be filled the same day as ordered. We do not fill orders on weekends or Holidays. Additionally, holidays may change company hours, affecting eCard distribution.  

We have over 500 instructors, therefore there is a quick turn around on training items. Some items may not be in stock at the time of order, and will not be available for immediate "pick up at store". You will be notified by email when order is ready for pick up, or we have the option to ship it to you.

Shipping Notice- Shipping is taking longer than usual.

We reserve the option to ship direct from our distributor in an effort to save time.

Priority Mail can take 3-5 business days, depending on location, day of the week, and time zone. In- stock items will be filled the same day it is placed if ordered on Monday -Friday, 10 am- 4pm. 

We cannot guarantee a time or day, once it leaves our facility it is out of our hands. We will not accept returns or refund orders that arrive beyond your expectation
