CERTIFICATION CARDS
We want to make sure your order is processed correctly. Please read the important information below. Be sure to include a correct email address on your order, a receipt for your purchase will be automatically sent to you.
- Card orders are filled Monday thru Friday from 10am-3pm. Your eCard order must be received by 2:00 pm to be filled the same day as ordered. We do not fill orders on weekends or holidays. Additionally, holidays may change office hours, and affect distribution.
- ASHI Digital Certification Cards require a roster to be completed: once your order is received, a fillable document will be emailed to you. You will email completed document to roster@ppmems.com. Once we receive the completed roster, PPM will send cards to the students on your behalf. You will receive a copy of student card for confirmation of delivery.
- Instructor name or Training Site must be included on all eCard orders. This tells us where to send them.
- You must be an authorized, certified instructor aligned with PPM Training Center to purchase certification cards. No cards will be issued, nor refunds given for unauthorized purchases.
- For TAX EXEMPT purchases, you must sign in to your account to avoid taxes being added to your purchase. If you don't have already have one; choose "Create Account" on Home page, contact Christine@ppmems.com, provide tax exempt number, and after approval, future purchases must be made thru the account (you must sign in on home page) to avoid tax being included. No refunds issued once taxes are assessed on a purchase.
- Ecards and ASHI Digital Certification cards are not returnable.
- All instructors must be in good standing with PPM. (Up-to-date monitor and membership dues PAID)
