YOU MUST BE AN AUTHORIZED CERTIFIED INSTRUCTOR ALIGNED WITH OUR TRAINING CENTER TO PURCHASE ECARDS. NO CARDS WILL BE ISSUED, NOR REFUNDS GIVEN FOR UNAUTHORIZED PURCHASES.
For TAX EXEMPT purchases, you must choose "Create Account" on Home page, contact Christine@ppmems.com, provide tax exempt number, and after approval, future purchases must be made thru the account to avoid tax being included.
eCard orders are filled Monday thru Friday from 10am- 3pm. Your order must be received by 2:30 pm to be filled the same day as ordered. We do not fill orders on weekends or Holidays. Additionally, holidays may change company hours, affecting eCard distribution.
eCards are not returnable.
We strongly recommend that instructors build an inventory of eCards in their AHA Instructor Account. Doing this will allow you to have eCards to send to your students immediately after your class.
