Always be sure to include a correct email address on your order, a receipt for your purchase will be automatically sent to you.
eCards-
- Orders are filled Monday thru Friday from 10am-3pm.
- Your order must be received by 2:00 pm to be filled the same day as ordered.
- We do not fill orders on weekends or holidays. Holidays may change office hours, and may affect times of eCard distribution.
- Instructor name or Training Site must be included on all eCard orders. This tells us where the cards are to be sent.
- Ecards are not returnable. Exchanges are possible.

Reminder! Per American Heart Association Compliance Division, Instructors must complete rosters for all AHA courses. They are to be retained by the instructor for a minimum of three years. A copy must be sent to PPM within 24-hours of the class in pdf form to roster@ppmems.com
ASHI Digital Certification Cards-
- A roster is required. Once your order is received, a fillable document will be emailed to you. You will send completed document to roster@ppmems.com and cc kyonya@ppmems.com. Once we receive the completed roster, PPM will send a card to each student and a copy to instructor for confirmation of delivery.
TAX EXEMPT -You must be signed in to a pre-approved tax exempt account in order to avoid taxes being added to your purchase.
- Choose "Create Account" on PPM Company Store home page, complete.
- Contact Christine@ppmems.com requesting tax exempt status, provide tax exempt number.
- You will receive a confirmation email.
- Sign in to account on the home page to avoid tax being included. We are not able to refund taxes once they are assessed on a completed transaction.
- Digital products (eCards,ebooks, emanuals, ecourses) are not returnable.
- All instructors must be in good standing with PPM. (Up-to date monitor and dues PAID).
- You must be an authorized, certified instructor aligned with our training center to purchase eCards and ASHI cards.
- No cards will be issued, nor refunds given for unauthorized purchases.
