Attention all AHA Instructors- We are beyond the March 1 deadline! If you have not sent us your AHA certificate for the 2025 updates, your AHA Instructorship is EXPIRED. You may not purchase or issue certification cards even if you have them in your inventory. Please call the office 410-838-8821 or contact Kathy Frawley at admin@ppmems.com immediately.

Always be sure to include a correct email address on your order, a receipt for your purchase will be automatically sent to you.

Reminder! Per American Heart Association Compliance Division, Instructors must complete rosters for all AHA courses. They are to be retained by the instructor for a minimum of three years. A copy must be sent to PPM within 24-hours of the class in pdf form to roster@ppmems.com. For your convenience, we have included links to the AHA forms for each respective eCard listed on this site.

eCard orders are filled Monday thru Friday from 10am-3pm. Your order must be received by 2:00 pm to be filled the same day as ordered. We do not fill orders on weekends or holidays. Additionally, holidays may change office hours, and may affect times of eCard distribution.
Instructor name or Training Site must be included on all eCard orders. This tells us where the cards are to be sent.
ASHI Digital Certification Cards require a roster to be completed. Once your order is received, a fillable document will be emailed to you. You will send completed document to roster@ppmems.com and cc kyonya@ppmems.com. Once we receive the completed roster, PPM will send cards to the students on your behalf. You will receive a copy of student card for confirmation of delivery.
Digital products -eBooks, eManuals, are not returnable.
You must be an authorized, certified instructor aligned with our training center to purchase eCards and ASHI cards. No cards will be issued, nor refunds given for unauthorized purchases.
For TAX EXEMPT purchases, you must sign in to your account to avoid taxes being added to your purchase. If you do not have one; choose "Create Account" on Home page, contact Christine@ppmems.com, provide tax exempt number, and after approval, future purchases must be made thru the account (sign in on home page) to avoid tax being included. We are not able to refund taxes once they are assessed on a completed transaction.
Ecards and ASHI cards are not returnable.
Digital products (ebooks, emanuals, ecourses) are not returnable.
All instructors must be in good standing with PPM. (Up-to date monitor and dues PAID)
