The AHA has announced that the Instructor Network & ATLAS will be temporarily down for migration/technical work thru June 5th. Please do not assign eCards until ATLAS is live, expected to be on June 5th. You may continue to place your order for eCards, they will be processed as soon as possible.

We want to make sure your order is processed correctly. Please read the directions below.

eCard orders are filled Monday thru Friday from 10am-3pm. Your order must be received by 2:30 pm to be filled the same day as ordered. We do not fill orders on weekends or holidays. Additionally, holidays may change office hours, and staff vacations may affect times of eCard distribution.
You must be an authorized, certified instructor aligned with our training center to purchase eCards. No cards will be issued, nor refunds given for unauthorized purchases.
All instructors must be in good standing with PPM. (Up-to date monitor and dues PAID)
For TAX EXEMPT purchases, you must choose "Create Account" on Home page, contact Christine@ppmems.com, provide tax exempt number, and after approval, future purchases must be made thru the account (sign in on home page) to avoid tax being included. We are not able to refund taxes once issued they are assessed on a completed transaction.
Ecards are not returnable.
Be sure to include a correct email address on your order, a receipt for your purchase will be automatically sent to you.
Instructor name or eCard location must be included on all orders.

We have over 500 instructors, therefore there is a quick turn around on training items. Some items may not be in stock at the time of order, and will not be available for immediate "pick up at store". You will be notified by email or phone when order is ready for pick up,

We cannot guarantee a delivery time or day, once it leaves our facility it is out of our hands. We will not accept returns or refund orders that arrive beyond your expectation.
